This or Something Better
Every day this week you will choose one goal that you would like to achieve that day that feels important to you.
Task:
This week we are doing things a little differently. There’s no actual workbook for this month, this writing exercise is something you can write out in your planner, top of your to-do list or something you see and can remind you every day.
Write out the goal (as if it’s already happened) 3 times, finishing the sentence each time with the words “this or something better”.
For example:
I made 3 sales today, this or something better
I made 3 sales today, this or something better
I made 3 sales today, this or something better
Why this works:
We are setting a powerful intention by asking for the exact thing we want.
By writing it down 3 times we are putting our goal at the forefront of mind and attention.
By asking for this or something better, we are attracting what we want from the energy of abundance, overflow, and more rather than ‘good enough’.
We are also placing trust and faith in the universe to co-create with us.
