The Community Structure

Everything runs inside a private WhatsApp community with three clear rooms so it stays calm and easy to use.

DAILY CHECK-IN ROOM

This is strictly for your morning and evening check-ins. There’s no chat and no noise. Just a calm, consistent place to show up. This is where consistency is built.


DAILY CHAT ROOM

This is the community space. It’s where you can share wins, food finds, favourite snacks, small progress, and encouragement. It’s completely optional, but so useful and powerful for momentum.


COACHING ROOM
This space is for wobbles, questions, concerns, and those “I’m stuck” moments. Coaches will respond to patterns and real needsin real time. This keeps the support useful without the overwhelm.

Bi-weekly Feedback

Every two weeks, you’ll complete a short check-in form. You’ll receive personal feedback from one of our coaching team, focused on:
